Experience in the use of the NASG in Colombia published in Reproductive Health

“Experience in the use of non-pneumatic anti-shock garment (NASG) in the management of postpartum haemorrhage with hypovolemic shock in the Fundación Valle Del Lili, Cali, Colombia,” featuring new research in Colombia in a CEmOC health center setting, has been released in Reproductive Health.  The article describes the response of 77 women in severe shock who all received the NASG while in care and remained in the NASG during treatment.  The authors conclude that the NASG should be a first-line measure for the management of patients in shock.
