Training & Learning Materials
On this training page you will find a variety of tools to help you learn independently or train others how to use the Non-pneumatic Anti-Shock Garment (NASG).
This toolkit includes training materials, which are organized in Units by topic. There are versions of these materials for people at the community level and for people at the facility (hospital) level. There are also versions for both Independent Learners and for Trainers. The Units on facility level activities, “Procedures and Surgeries,” Removal” and “Cleaning and Folding” cover activities that only take place at the facility level, so there are only facility level materials for these units. Additional training materials for facility level units include PowerPoint presentations, which trainers could use in their courses. There is a video, Saving Mother’s Lives: An NASG Training Video, which anyone (trainer or learner) in a community or facility can download and watch or stream and view.
